About us
This is Vermont’s ONLY sanctioned go kart racing facility, a hidden gem in central vt. Bring your company name and donation to our team and help introduce young racers to the sport of racing.. Many of our racers go on to stock car racing. Some have gone on to race nationally with the Trans Am series and the F3 series.. Most go onto race at local stock car tracks such as Thunder Road and White Mountains, or the ACT Tour.
Our track was built in 2006 as a 1/5 th paved road course with elevation change of 16 feet. We have an average spectator attendance of 250 people with an average attendance in the pit area of 150 people. Our season is 10 race events each summer. We race Wednesday nights with lights available when needed later in the summer. We offer onsite food and beverage services. We have a track announcer that is heard over the pa system for spectators, and he also is broadcasting over our local onsite fm station 99.1 that can be heard over attendees car radios and atv or utv radios as well. This is a family friendly atmosphere that will truly appreciate your support and will likely patronize your business.

With 60 young racers in the pits ready to take to the track your $250 donation will have you prominently mentioned on our FM onsite radio station. We would invite you to attend and will provide you with 5 free pit passes for access into the pit area. We would encourage you to stay and present our young racers with their awards once racing is over. Our victory lane pictures are prominently posted on our website, www.vtshifterkarts.com and also posted on our photographers web site www.802sports.com Your business would be prominently mentioned through out the event as our premier sponsor. We will provide a banner with your logo on it for all the attendees to see. Your company name and logo You get to meet the next generation of racers that you will likely see racing at a local stock car venue in years to come.
